The process of searching for a dream wedding dress is often a new experience for most brides. Consequently, we get asked a lot of questions about a lot of things on a very regular basis and we don't mind one bit.
Not surprisingly, the same questions do tend to pop up time and time again, so we thought it would be really handy if we listed answers to some of the more commonly asked questions from our brides.

Q. What size wedding dresses do you have?
A. We carry dress sizes up to UK 30+. Please note that some bridal collections only have certain styles available up to a specific size and sizes above UK 30 are also subject to availability within each style.

Q. What's the price range of the dresses?
A. All our bridal gowns are priced to suit every budget - ranging from around £399.00 upwards to around £1,400.00 depending on the designer, the style, the fabric and other factors such as additional accessories. We also have a permanent sale rail in the shop as well as an on-line store where you can find top quality, designer wedding dresses at half price or less.
Q. Do I need to make an appointment?
A. While an appointment isn't necessary during the week, we strongly advise that you make one. This will allow us to prepare for your arrival as well to make sure you'll have plenty of help and assistance. In order that you get the full benefit of our highly personalised service, appointments are mandatory on weekends and on late night opening.
Q. What's the delivery time for a gown?
A. Delivery times vary depending on the manufacturer but will typically take between 8 and 20 weeks. Rest assured, you'll be notified as soon as your gown has arrived in store. You should then arrange for a further fitting after which collection and payment in full is required within 30 days.

Q. Where do you get your wedding gowns and accessories?
A. All our wedding gowns and bridal accessories are sourced directly from leading bridal designers to offer you a wide range of imaginative, contemporary styles at realistic prices. This guarantees that yo'll not only be getting the very best quality but you'll also have the reassurance that all our suppliers are recognised as highly reputable within the industry.

Q. How does payment work?
A. When placing an order, we'll ask for a deposit of 50% of the value of the goods purchased. Once they've arrived in store and have been accepted by the customer, final payment is required in full within 30 days. At our discretion, we also accept interim payments if you want to spread the cost of your purchase(s) over an agreed period of time.
You can make a payment either in cash or by cheque (with a current bank guarantee card) and we also accept most major credit and debit cards. We can also accept orders in writing but do not offer any form of credit. Please note that all goods remain the property of Elderberry Brides until the goods are paid for in full.

Q. What accessories do you have?
A. As well as plus size wedding dresses, we also supply plus size bridesmaids dresses in a huge range of colours - over 60 in fact. Our regular sizes extend to flower girl dresses, tiaras, veils and other assorted bridal accessories.

Q. Where is Elderberry Brides Plus and how do I get there?
A.Elderberry Brides Plus is located in the town centre of Basingstoke in Hampshire and can be reached easily by car, train or bus.
