Q. What size dresses do you carry?
A. We carry dresses from size 6 upwards (UK sizes) or sizes 1 to 30+ (US sizes). Please note: (i) some bridal collections have styles only available up to a specific size and, (ii) sizes above 30 are also subject to availability within each style.

Q. Do I need an appointment?
A. While an appointment is not necessary during the week, we strongly advise that you make one at the weekend so that you can get the full benefit of our highly personalised service. Appointments are also available for weekday evenings (excluding Mondays).

Q. How does the payment process work?
A. Upon placing an order, we will ask for a deposit of 50% of the value of the goods purchased. Once the goods have arrived and are accepted by the customer, final payment is required in full within 30 days. We also accept interim payments if you prefer to spread the cost of your purchase(s) over an agreed period of time.
You can place an order in store by cash or cheque (with a current bank guarantee card) and we accept most major credit cards. We can also accept orders in writing but do not currently offer any other forms of credit. Please note that all goods remain the property of Elderberry Brides Ltd. at all times until the goods are paid for in full.

Q. What’s the delivery time for a gown?
A. Delivery times vary depending on the manufacturer but typically take between 8 and 20 weeks. Rest assured you will be notified as soon as your gown has arrived. You should then arrange for a further fitting after which collection and payment in full is required within 30 days.

Q. How are the dresses priced?
A. All of our bridal gowns are priced to suit all budgets - ranging from as little as £350 upwards depending on the designer, the style, the fabric and other criteria. Bridesmaids dresses start from around £125. We do, however, have a permanent sale rail in the shop and an on-line store where you can find top quality wedding dresses at hugely reduced costs.

Q. What accessories do you have?
A. As well as plus size wedding dresses, we also supply plus size bridesmaids dresses in a huge range of colours. Our regular sizes extend to flower girl dresses, tiaras, veils and other assorted bridal accessories.

A. Elderberry Brides Plus is located in the town centre of Basingstoke in Hampshire and can be reached easily by car, train or bus.
